Eric is the Founder and Managing Partner of Somera Private Equity. Prior to founding Somera, he was a Partner at Paladin Private Equity, a middle-market private equity firm focused on global industrial technology transactions. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group and Houlihan Lokey in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government M&A Group. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gardian Holdings.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He co-founded and serves on the Board of Directors for Mbody, a tech-enabled mental health services business, and in his spare time enjoys downhill skiing and finding new live music acts.

David is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Somera Private Equity. Previously, he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Paladin Private Equity and was the Chief Financial Officer of two successful private equity backed companies in Wineshipping and Resource Environmental Solutions. He joined Gardian Holdings serving as Chief Financial Officer following Somera’s acquisition of the business in April 2024.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M and is a Texas licensed CPA. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, collecting wine, and making his famous 12-hour BBQ.
